Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 140,000Role:
The company is a traditional Swiss food business that develops, produces and markets high-quality food products for daily enjoyment and various dietary needs.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for operational and strategic sales planning, from budgeting to various forecast cycles and ensuring reliable planning data.
You take on the professional support of the SAC planning landscape for sales & marketing and act as the central interface to the international FP&A and SAC environment.
You continuously develop performance reporting and KPI analyses and clearly present margins, sales development and other relevant key figures.
In ad-hoc evaluations and business analyses, you investigate the causes and translate your findings into practical recommendations.
You coordinate system requirements, training and improvement projects and support the further development of planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
You have a higher business administration education as well as solid professional experience in controlling, FP&A or a comparable area.
You have experience with SAC, BI or planning systems, possess very good Excel skills and are interested in data quality, automation and efficient processes.
With your analytical understanding, you quickly recognise connections and can clearly and understandably convey complex matters.
In communication with international stakeholders, you present yourself professionally and communicate fluently in German and English.
