The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency centre. For our Room Service Team, we are looking for a Hotel Specialist / Catering Specialist from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Providing professional gastronomic services for our patients
- Advising on offers, ordering meals taking into account medical prescriptions
- Accompanying and caring for patients upon hospital admission and discharge
- Co-responsibility for preparing patient rooms
- Managing the office and carrying out flower care
- Regular shifts on weekends and public holidays
Your Profile
- Completed training in hotel or gastronomy with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- High service orientation and independent working style
- Responsible, resilient, discreet and flexible personality
- Good knowledge of German, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
