TEMP - Spitex - Health Specialist (FaGe)

Your Tasks

• Professional care and support of clients in their home environment
• Assistance with basic and treatment care according to the care plan
• Assisting in assessing care needs and changes in health status
• Close collaboration with qualified nursing staff, doctors and other specialist agencies
• Careful documentation of assignments in the electronic system

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in outpatient care (Spitex) or long-term care is an advantage
• Reliable, structured and independent working style
• High social competence, empathy and enjoyment in direct contact with clients and relatives
• Good German skills and driving licence category B are advantageous
