Finance Business Partner 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development expertise, and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Role:
Understanding numbers, comprehending processes, and actively shaping growth: In this position, you act as the central interface between finance and operational business. You look beyond the pure monthly figures, recognise trends early, and translate complex data volumes into clear decision-making bases for management. Those who are eager to take responsibility, elevate existing controlling instruments to a new level, and accompany business units as a strategic sparring partner will find the ideal environment here.
Responsibilities:
You analyse operational and financial key figures, conduct target-actual comparisons, and derive concrete recommendations for action for managers.
You manage budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare rolling financial and scenario analyses.
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from a controlling perspective and prepare management reporting.
You continuously develop controlling tools, dashboards, and reporting structures (BI/ERP).
You contribute to profitability calculations, business cases, and cross-departmental optimisation projects.
Qualifications:
Completed studies (FH/University/HF) with a focus on finance, controlling, or business administration, or a comparable higher qualification.
At least 3 to 6 years of solid professional experience in business, operations, or financial controlling.
Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) as well as modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and excellent Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset.
Convincing communication and assertiveness in dealings with various stakeholders.
Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills, both spoken and written.
