Mechanical Development Engineer

Our Business Area Chocolate & Coffee develops innovative technologies and solutions for the industrial processing of cocoa, chocolate and coffee. This is where you will shine
- You are responsible for the maintenance, optimisation and further development of existing products from our portfolio – taking into account costs, deadlines and quality
- Together with purchasing and our suppliers, you monitor and optimise the cost base of existing products
- You design, implement and validate customer-specific adaptations, ensuring compliance with cost, deadline and quality requirements
- In multidisciplinary and international development projects, you take on the leadership of sub-projects
- You create and maintain product-specific documentation in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and legal requirements
These are the required skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in mechatronics or mechanical engineering
- At least three years of professional experience as a development engineer
- Analytical and structured working style as well as strong implementation and communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office and Autodesk Inventor, ideally with experience in other development and calculation tools such as Ansys, MDesign or SimScale
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written, as well as good German skills
