In this role, you take responsibility for service tasks related to household appliances and ensure that customers are optimally supported in every situation. You coordinate new acquisitions, repairs and the replacement of defective devices and ensure that processes run efficiently and reliably. You work closely with strong partners such as V-Zug, Miele, Electrolux and Schulthess as well as other renowned manufacturers of high-quality household appliances. With your commitment, you contribute to creating solutions for customers that offer sustainable financial and ecological added value.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and inspire your team of 5 to 8 specialists
- In this role, you coordinate and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees and support them in the field
- As Team Leader Service, you ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality guidelines and act as a role model
- You competently support internal departments with technical questions
- In this role, you manage the telephone hotline for field employees for one week each month
- Additionally, you are personally deployed on technical assignments at customers
Qualifications:
- You have an electrical or technical basic education and ideally several years of experience in the service sector
- You have further training in the technical field and preferably bring leadership experience
- You think entrepreneurially and act responsibly accordingly
- You set clear priorities and are distinguished by organisational talent
- You enjoy challenges that combine personnel management, technical deployment and administrative tasks
