Qualified Nurse HF/FH/DNII for Night Shift
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Assuming tasks as the primary nursing contact person
- Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Assuming night responsibility with coordination of the night team
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Professional experience in Spitex/In-house Spitex is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
