Level 2 Support Technician - PowerShell (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Level 2 Support Technician - PowerShell (m/f/d) responsible for providing level 2 technical support while developing and automating PowerShell solutions to optimise support and administration activities.
Your mission
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, support, and deployment tasks.
- Provide level 2 technical support, analyse incidents, and deliver appropriate solutions to users.
- Administer and operate Microsoft environments, including SCCM, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Participate in the management and improvement of automation and deployment tools, including Universal, GitHub, and UniFlow.
- Document scripts, procedures, and implemented solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent technical training, with initial professional experience in an IT environment.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and a strong interest in script development and automation, in a role split approximately 60% development and 40% support.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and ideally several technologies among SCCM, Intune, Entra ID, GitHub, Universal, and UniFlow.
- Good level of English enabling you to work in an international professional environment; initial experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate there, with availability for a quick start. (no remote work)
