Role objective:

✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field

✓ Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates in judicial and extrajudicial disputes, in particular:

• Civil and commercial law disputes
• Capital market law disputes
• Banking and stock exchange law disputes
• Regulatory law disputes
• Contract law disputes
• Arbitration and mediation proceedings
• Criminal proceedings and criminal law disputes

✓ Development and implementation of litigation strategies

✓ Preparation of complex pleadings and legal opinions

✓ Advising clients before courts and arbitral tribunals

✓ Negotiation with opposing parties and their lawyers

✓ Enforcement and defence of claims

✓ Client support and advice throughout the entire process

✓ Representation of clients before courts and arbitral tribunals

✓ Active collaboration in an international team

✓ Participation in industry events and conferences

✓ Active use of AI

MBO / Metrics:

✓ Swiss bar admission and first-class qualification

Professional experience:

✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, auditing company or financial services company
