Working hours:
Monday to Friday daily,
6:45 am to 12:00 pm or
12:00 pm to 4:15 pm
(by arrangement)
Your main tasks:
- You are the professional first point of contact for internal and external customers and ensure a first-class reception service
- You organise and coordinate the reception area and ensure seamless coverage during operating hours
- You answer incoming calls, handle concerns competently, and forward them appropriately.
- You take on administrative tasks as well as the care and coordination of meeting rooms, including the organisation of meetings and events
- You are responsible for additional services such as mail handling, badge and access management, parking organisation, and general building-specific services
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training in the service sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role (ideally in reception or customer contact)
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of English and French
- You are proficient in MS Office and work confidently with digital tools
- You impress with professional manners, a neat appearance, and a pronounced service orientation
