Your mission

Your role is to take charge of young beneficiaries up to 25 years old affected in their health, with the aim of promoting their professional autonomy by defining rehabilitation strategies and ensuring their implementation.

In this context, you are responsible for identifying and developing a suitable professional training project taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries; collaborating with all providers active in integration as well as with employers in the Romandy economic fabric; managing the administration related to the activity and writing complex reports and interview notes; participating in networks related to the care of a young population (schools, providers, DGEJ, DGEO, DGEP, doctors, etc.).

Your profile

You have proven experience in the field of professional reintegration and a higher or university education (e.g.: psychology, neuropsychology). You possess good knowledge of the labour market and professional training pathways.

Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and an analytical mind, you are oriented towards creative and pragmatic solutions. You stand out by your ability to inspire confidence, your active listening and your sense of organisation. A driving licence is required.

Priority will be given to persons holding a CAS in Autism or bilingual in German-French.
