You are responsible for the procurement of printed circuit boards, electronic components, and assembled modules.
You evaluate suppliers regarding manufacturing quality, capacity, and technical suitability.
In price negotiations and contract conclusions, you represent purchasing interests.
Together with development, you coordinate prototypes, initial samples, and technical approvals.
You implement agreed changes to products and manufacturing documents with the responsible departments.
You monitor delivery capability and initiate appropriate measures in case of bottlenecks.
You keep ERP master data and purchasing-relevant information up to date.
You analyse existing procurement processes and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in electronics or a technical qualification related to purchasing.
Several years of experience in technical purchasing, ideally in electronics or production environments.
Knowledge of SMD assembly and electronic manufacturing processes.
Experience working with external electronics manufacturers and assembly service providers.
You can confidently interpret technical drawings, parts lists, and other manufacturing documents.
Negotiation skills and a strong understanding of costs and quality.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain respectful communication with internal and external contacts.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and Excel as well as very good German and good English skills.
