ICT System & Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
You plan, install and operate IT infrastructures at customers and ensure reliable operation together with the team. In addition to first- and second-level support, you assist customers in optimising their IT and business processes. At the same time, you can actively contribute to software development and work on the ERP software EasyProd as well as on client, server and web applications.
Responsibilities:
You plan, install and operate IT infrastructures at customers.
You take on tasks in first- and second-level support and analyse technical faults.
You support customers in optimising their work processes and digital workflows.
You familiarise yourself with the development of the ERP software EasyProd.
You develop and maintain client, server and web applications with C#, WPF and Blazor.
You assist with the integration and coordination of existing systems.
You contribute to the design and optimisation of system architectures.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification.
You have good knowledge of current Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
You are familiar with DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewalls and routing.
You have an interest in software development and digital solutions.
You enjoy working directly with customers and are interested in the processes in production companies.
You are a team player, self-initiated and approach technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
You speak fluent German and ideally understand English.
