Foundation of the company
Infosoft Systems is founded by Walter Fischer in Lucerne. For more than 30 years, the company has been developing software for personnel and deployment planning for public transport.

Infosoft Hosting Services
Infosoft builds a modern hosting platform in Lucerne and will operate the Infosoft software solutions as DaaS and SaaS services for its customers in the future.

2022
Award for Best Swiss App
Infosoft wins the award for the best Swiss app 2022 for the newly developed info.app.

2023
Succession regulation
The Tecoma Group takes over Infosoft Systems AG from the long-time owners Walter Fischer and Herbert Lörch as part of a succession regulation, with the aim of continuing Infosoft in the long term and developing new products and services. Walter Fischer leaves the company and goes into well-deserved retirement.

Announcement of Innovation Smart Planning
Infosoft Systems announces the automated service planning. The realization of the first version and the important testing phase with customers have begun.

2024
Hosting transition
Infosoft Systems has renewed the hosting infrastructure to meet the increased security requirements for IT services and the higher demands of customers. This includes compliance with the BAV and the IKT minimum standards for critical infrastructures. This ensures a secure and efficient operation in the future.

2025
New organization
The Infosoft management team has reorganized as of January 1, 2025. Christoph Heimgartner: Chief Executive Officer (new) and Head of Sales & Marketing, Markus Hermann: Chief Operating Officer, Yves von Wartburg: Chief Product Officer (as before). The main goal was to align the organization more closely with the needs of customers.

Smart Planning 1.6
What is Infosoft Smart Planning? Smart Planning 1.6 enables the dispatch team to make machine-based, algorithmic planning suggestions that take into account legal (AZG) aspects and operational requirements. Smart Planning is an iterative support tool for time-saving service planning. With the additional option of preferred scheduling, the driving personnel can influence the results through the mobile app by providing work preferences and shift patterns along with weighting points. This modern form of flexibility and the inclusion of driving personnel will be a core pillar of employer attractiveness. The improved version 1.6 with compute nodes for fast planning suggestions (20-50 minutes) will be available to all customers from June 2025.
