Technical Buyer with Leadership Responsibility (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the professional and organisational development of the procurement area
Management of operational procurement and coordination of material availability
Support and development of business partners as well as handling delivery deviations
Conducting price negotiations, offer comparisons and market observations
Analysis and continuous improvement of internal procurement and process organisations
Coordination and initiation of relevant manufacturing and production processes
Regular alignment with company management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training, further training in procurement
Several years of professional experience in the procurement environment
Very good knowledge of German; good English
Confident appearance, strong communication and negotiation skills as well as cost awareness
Independent, careful and structured approach with a strong solution orientation
