About the job
To strengthen our HR department in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for a very well organised, trustworthy and conscientious individual as an HR Assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the HR manager in all administrative and organisational tasks related to personnel management and contribute significantly to the smooth running of daily HR operations. You will take on personnel administration from A to Z, maintain and manage our personnel files and data, and assist in the preparation and creation of employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents. Additionally, you will organise and coordinate interviews and support the HR manager in the recruitment process.
As a central point of contact, you will competently assist our supervisors, employees and applicants with HR questions and respond to personal, telephone and written enquiries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring time recording and will participate in HR projects as well as the continuous development of HR processes.
Your Profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as further training as an HR Assistant. You bring initial professional experience in the field of Human Resources and have knowledge of labour law and personnel administration.
You are confident in using common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and impress with a structured, absolutely reliable and discreet working style. Organisational skills and a strong service orientation are among your strengths, as are your communication skills and your enjoyment of working with people. Knowledge of French is a great advantage. In addition, you think proactively, contribute ideas and help continuously improve HR processes through a forward-looking working approach.
