Operational Buyer Supply Chain 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss company that develops innovative solutions for the construction and industrial sectors. Responsibilities:
You monitor material supply from the supplier to storage in the central warehouse.
You process procurement orders for raw materials, commercial products, as well as auxiliary and operating materials.
You check deviations in delivery dates and coordinate the further procedure with the responsible departments.
When coordinating material flows, you consider the requirements of purchasing, production, and warehousing.
Using key figures, you assess delivery performance and current stock levels.
You coordinate cross-departmental projects to improve material planning.
You review existing processes for optimisation possibilities regarding stock and process effort.
With internal specialist departments, you develop measures to improve procurement and logistics organisation.
Qualifications:
Commercial or logistics apprenticeship, supplemented by further training as a process specialist, process technician, purchasing specialist, or supply chain manager.
At least two years of professional experience in purchasing, material planning, or logistics.
IT affinity and confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to systematically coordinate material requirements and delivery dates.
Analytical approach to deviations and handling operational issues.
Independent work organisation as well as clear and target-group appropriate communication.
Driving licence category B and willingness to travel up to 20% if required.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
