A Site Manager
Key information about the position:
Contract type: Permanent contract at 100%. Hours: regular hours, Monday to Friday. Start date: to be agreed. Location: Rue du Châble-Bet 41, 1920 Martigny. Sites mainly located in Valais.
Your mission:
You oversee the execution of our sites, from preparation to handover. As the main point of contact for all stakeholders, you ensure respect for deadlines, budgets, and quality. Your main responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all trades on your sites · Prepare tenders, analyse bids and prepare awards · Ensure financial monitoring of projects: budgets, progress reports, amendments and final accounts · Lead site meetings and follow up · Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety rules on site · Organise site receptions, inspections and follow-up on touch-ups · Support buyers of our developments in their choices and added values · Work hand in hand with the group’s companies, which carry out a large part of the work.
Your profile:
We are looking for a structured and autonomous person, capable of managing several sites simultaneously without losing track and who remains calm when unexpected events occur. You enjoy both fieldwork and management, and you have good interpersonal skills with both clients and subcontractors. To succeed in this role, you possess the following skills and qualities:
Solid site experience Training in the construction field: building CFC, technician, site manager, architect or equivalentAbility to read and understand plansAbility to manage a budget Organisational skillsComfort with ITExcellent command of French (written and spoken)Driving licence essential
