Welcoming Isabelle and advising her on her daily banking operations, advising Mehdi on the services available to facilitate his payments, or supporting Sarah in opening a youth savings account for her son… Every day you welcome, guide and advise customers to best meet their needs and simplify their banking experience.
You will join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognised among our advisors
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
· Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers
· Assisting customers with managing everyday banking operations and developing their autonomy by promoting digital services to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
· Offering advice by recommending products and services tailored to each customer’s needs (savings accounts, cards, remote banking, etc.), which will allow you to gradually build a portfolio of retail customers
· Analysing your customers’ financial situation and the risks associated with the operations and investments you propose
· Participating in promotional campaigns and taking on commercial challenges

You hold a Bac+3 degree in banking, finance, or commerce.
Your first professional experiences have revealed your taste for customer relations and you wish to develop your commercial sense.
