Service Technician: Heating Systems (m/f/d)

Carrying out fault repairs on heating systems
Performing maintenance and servicing work
Advising customers on service contracts, spare parts and technical solutions
Active sales of service contracts and spare parts
Participation in on-call duty in coordination with the team
Carrying out service assignments directly from home, mainly in the Aargau and Solothurn regions
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, e.g. as a heating installer, chimney sweep, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable qualification
High degree of independence and personal responsibility in work execution
Enjoyment of active customer contact and advisory activities
Resilient, reliable and service-oriented personality
Friendly and professional demeanour
Enjoyment of frequent travel
Driving licence category B is an advantage
