Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 135,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focused on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development competence, and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Role:
In this role, you shape the future of tool clamping technology by combining classical mechanical engineering with the tools of the digital world. You develop modern, technically sophisticated web applications where powerful user interfaces meet service-oriented backend architectures. You accompany projects from technical conception to productive introduction and ensure that the solutions meet high professional and technical requirements. You take on professional responsibility, make technical decisions, and implement innovative solutions together with the relevant departments. By using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Big Data, you contribute decisively to elevating tool service life and machining mechanics to a new level.
Responsibilities:
Full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Java/Quarkus, and SQL
Develop scalable digital platforms, web solutions, and internal applications
Co-design software architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Establish automated tests, code reviews, DevOps, and CI/CD processes
Take technical project responsibility with departments and external partners
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science (HF/FH/University) or comparable qualification
Practical experience with React, TypeScript, Java/Quarkus, and SQL
Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and memory management
Confident handling of SOLID, clean code, testing, and modern software architectures
Understanding of stakeholder requirements, roadmaps, and sustainable software development
