Measurement Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 100,000The ROCKEN partner develops, produces, and distributes sophisticated plastic injection moulded parts and assemblies for the industrial, medical, and laboratory sectors. Their range of services extends from development and design, through injection moulding and subsequent operations, to worldwide distribution. To meet the high quality demands of their customers, their products are manufactured according to medical GMP standards, food standards, or industrial standards.

Responsibilities:
- Further development and optimisation in the field of reverse engineering
- Precise measurement and evaluation of technical components
- Execution and metrological evaluation of initial and follow-up sampling
- Documentation of the current condition of sample and series parts
- Conducting series-accompanying tests for quality assurance
- Documentation of measurement strategies and results
- Analysis and interpretation of test results
- Support in quality inspections in other areas
Qualifications:
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training (e.g. polymechanic) and several years of professional experience
- Further training as a measurement technician AUKOM 1 and 2, desirable
- Completed studies or further training as a state-certified technician advantageous
- Professional experience in programming 3D and CT measuring machines
- Experience in conducting measurement system capability analyses
