Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

You support our customers remotely and on-site in 1st and 2nd level support
You update, maintain, and document our customer systems
In this role, you independently handle customer enquiries and projects
You provide hardware and software components for our customers
Qualifications:
You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system technology, support, or business IT, or have several years of experience in support
You have very good administration skills in current Microsoft systems (Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2019, AD, Exchange, Windows 10), VMware, Office 365, and VoIP systems, preferably 3CX
You are characterised by strong service and customer orientation and enjoy direct customer contact
You are communicative, proactive, and confident in customer interactions
You are a team player, resilient, and committed to solutions with assertiveness and implementation skills
You communicate fluently in (Swiss) German and have very good English skills, both spoken and written
