Responsibilities:
- You plan the network infrastructure, implement it, and ensure its continuous maintenance
- Installation and configuration of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls are among your tasks
- You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of network resources to ensure optimal utilisation
- In case of disruptions, errors, and performance issues, you conduct analyses and take appropriate measures to resolve them
Qualifications:
- You have a higher professional education in computer science (FH, HF) or equivalent professional experience
- You possess extensive knowledge in internet, TCP/IP, routing & switching as well as security, including IPv6, WLAN, BGP, and other relevant technologies
- Your knowledge in network and firewall areas is very solid
- You bring solid experience in scripting and automation technologies
- You speak fluent German; additional official languages are an advantage!
