About the job

• You receive IT requests and fault reports from our employees (doctors, nursing staff, administration) via telephone, e-mail and ticket system.
• You analyse and resolve hardware and software issues in first- and second-level support remotely or directly on the device.
• You support our users directly on site at the various locations (e.g. hardware replacement, printer problems or setting up workstations). You work closely with our external partners and ensure their optimal integration.
• You are responsible for providing, setting up and installing PCs, notebooks, medical peripheral devices and smartphones.
• You manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre (onboarding/offboarding of clinic staff).

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (specialising in platform development or business IT) or a comparable basic IT education.
• High service orientation, patience and pronounced empathy in dealing with the various professional groups of a clinical operation.
• Initial practical experience in IT support as well as good knowledge of Windows clients and the Microsoft 365 product range.
• You learn quickly, work precisely, keep an overview even in hectic situations and are a true team player.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
