Group Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an internationally oriented provider of solutions for modern industrial production. The focus is on technically sophisticated systems that make manufacturing processes more precise, efficient, and automated.

Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for finance, administration, and logistics and ensure compliant and transparent organisation of these areas.
Coordinating all closing processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including requirements from the group environment, is part of your responsibilities.
You manage financial planning through budgeting, forecasts, and management analyses and prepare relevant decision-making bases for management.
With your strong understanding of business contexts, you evaluate the company's performance, identify areas for action, and initiate appropriate measures.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in controlling and financial management as well as confident handling of complex financial processes are part of your professional background.
You possess solid knowledge of IFRS, group reporting, and consolidation in international accounting and work confidently with ERP systems.
In addition to very good Excel and SAP skills, you bring a structured, solution-oriented working style and a strong commercial understanding.
Fluent written and spoken German, fluent English, and convincing leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills are required.
