Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Client Representation for Building Construction

We are seeking reinforcement for our Building Client Services division. Depending on your experience and personal interests, we offer you the opportunity to focus your professional expertise in a key role on demanding building construction projects.

Take on responsibility and accompany exciting projects from the initial idea through planning to successful realisation. In doing so, you represent the interests of the client and develop sustainable, economical solutions tailored to the individual needs of our customers.

Scope of Activities

• Project management with responsibility: You take on the leadership of demanding new build and refurbishment projects in building construction with various uses.
• Comprehensive project control: You coordinate all project phases – from feasibility study and concept development through planning and tendering to realisation and handover.
• Stakeholder management: You lead communication and coordination with clients, investors, authorities, user groups, specialist planners and other project participants, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Consulting with foresight: You advise our clients strategically and operationally, analyse project ideas and assess them in terms of economic efficiency, sustainability, functionality and quality.
• Client representation or consulting: In this role, you represent the interests of our clients vis-à-vis all project partners and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality objectives are met.

Requirements

• Professional qualification: You have a completed university degree in construction such as architecture, civil engineering or another specialised discipline (ETH/FH).
• Experience in the Swiss construction industry: Thanks to your several years of professional experience in Switzerland, you know the entire construction process of building projects across all SIA service phases and wish to manage this independently in the future.
• Organisational and coordination talent: You enjoy the structured planning and management of complex projects as well as collaboration with various project participants.
• Communication skills: You communicate confidently in spoken and written German (level C2 or native speaker) and know how to express your concerns clearly and convincingly.
