YOUR TASKS
- Professional care and support of patients
- Implementation of medical orders and participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- High degree of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
- Supervision of trainees and students in nursing education
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or with Diploma Level II (DNII) or certified nurse in general nursing (AKP)
- Professional experience in an acute hospital and in the care of surgical and medical patients
- Taking on at least 2 different shifts and weekend shifts depending on workload
- Great flexibility through assignments in all ward departments
- Resilience and strong organisational skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 certificate) as well as good IT user skills
- Teamwork skills and the talent to guide colleagues
