Training Leader (a), 100%

To strengthen our team in the production area, we are seeking a committed and structured Training Leader (a). In this key role, you will ensure a consistently high training standard for our production staff and actively contribute to sustainable competence development within the cluster.

You will develop and coordinate training programmes, support new employees during their induction, and specifically promote existing teams – always with a focus on quality, compliance, and future viability.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and continuous development of training measures for production staff, including regular refreshers
• Ensuring a consistently high training level of production staff in GMP and practical process execution
• Close collaboration with shift supervisors to identify and close competence gaps as well as with training matrix coordinators
• Support in the introduction and application of paperless documentation using MES
• Design and implementation of structured onboarding processes and ensuring sustainable and consistent induction of new employees
• Creation, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of training materials
• Monitoring and maintenance of the cluster’s qualification matrix
• Interface function with HR Technical Training and Training Leaders of other clusters
• Ensuring timely and transparent communication of changes to SOPs, WOIs, and VORs across all shifts

Your Profile

• Completed training in pharmaceutical, chemical, or a comparable technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical company
• Solid GMP understanding and the ability to convey regulatory requirements in a practical manner
• Comprehensive knowledge in handling PPE, zoning concepts, and HSE regulations
• Experience with paperless documentation (MES)
• Confident use of digital production and quality systems
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in planning, designing, and conducting training sessions
• Analytical thinking skills to identify training needs and competence gaps
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive working style
