IN SHORT
Our Merchant team is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our over 900 corporate clients and that the hygiene requirements are met at all FELFEL fridges & Gavetti coffee machines.
You will be coordinated by our dispatcher team, which compiles daily routes that the merchants individually drive. You visit about 5-8 corporate clients a day, check on site whether everything is fine with the FELFEL or the Gavetti, and replenish utensils if necessary. Since we are organised by regions throughout Switzerland, the starting point is flexible and we are happy to adapt the route planning as best as possible to your place of residence. Depending on the situation, the region of the route may also change at short notice. The most important thing: after your visit, the FELFEL fridges & Gavetti coffee machines look inviting and clean!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate client visits: As a FELFEL Customer Merchant, you independently visit our locations at companies throughout Switzerland in the FELFEL E-Vans. You are the FELFEL face on site for our FELFEL customers.
- Maintenance work on the FELFEL fridge: on site at the customers, you carry out a 'service', which means you check inventory, clean the FELFEL thoroughly and ensure that hygiene guidelines are followed, replenish cutlery, etc.
- Planogram changes: You make changes to the planogram by integrating new features in the fridge or adjusting existing elements so that the devices are always presented up to date and attractively.
- Service on the Gavetti coffee machine: You clean the coffee machine thoroughly as well as the associated components such as the base, the milk fridge, etc., replenish cream and sugar, and ensure that the decoration around the machine is clean and nicely arranged. Make it nice.
- Recycling: You ensure that the recycling station is correctly positioned on site and everything functions properly, and you empty the recycling bags (or take them with you in the truck). Occasionally, you drive with a large load to our recycling partner and unload the collected bags on site.
WHAT TO EXPECT
WHAT YOU BRING
- Service experience or experience in a similar industry where you had contact with many customers is a plus
- Warm personality: You 'sell' customer happiness – this always starts with a warm smile at FELFEL
- Availability for at least two full days a week
- Large cars / small trucks that can be driven with a category B driving licence do not scare you; you are a genius at reversing parking – and if not yet, free training will be provided ;-)
- Non-smoker: FELFEL is a non-smoking company. Smoking during work or 'smelling of smoke' is not desired.
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus.
- Complete reliability and independence, attention to detail, precise working method
- Initiative and common sense
