Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You ensure professional management of the residential property portfolio – from communication with tenants to successful re-letting.
In collaboration with owners, authorities, and contractors, you represent the interests of the property owners and conduct negotiations with a goal-oriented approach.
You organise maintenance and repair measures, coordinate external service providers, and monitor the quality of the work performed.
With meaningful financial overviews, budgets, and market analyses, you create transparency and support well-founded decisions.
You further develop management through smart technologies and optimised processes and contribute your own ideas to improve everyday work.
Qualifications:
You have at least four years of practical experience in property management.
A completed further education with a federal certificate in property management qualifies you for this role.
You are familiar with tenancy law and real estate-related accounting and confidently apply your expertise in daily business.
You see new technologies, AI, and digital process solutions as opportunities to sustainably improve management.
You act independently, solution-oriented, and with initiative, constructively question the usual, and communicate very well in German.
