Your Tasks
- Maintenance and further development of our customer relationships
- Installation and support of IT solutions with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS), and Sophos Firewall
- Carrying out maintenance work
- Supporting the Service Desk with difficult issues (3rd Level Support)
- Participation in IT projects
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in system administration
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of the relevant technologies
- Willingness for continuous personal and professional development
- High self-organisation
- Empathy and respectful interaction with colleagues and customers
- Excellent German and English skills
