Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with financial accounting and financial controlling to ensure the accuracy of data and reports
- Proactive involvement in the design of bonus and salary rounds as well as the preparation of declarations for various social security offices
- Conducting benchmark analyses to identify best practices and continuously improve the HR function
- Preparation of management reports and presentations to communicate HR key figures and trends to management
- Participation in project teams for the introduction of new HR systems or optimisation of existing processes
- Development and implementation of control processes to ensure compliance with compliance guidelines and legal regulations in general
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements and external audits by providing relevant HR data and reports
- Conducting salary structure surveys to ensure the competitiveness of various salary structures
Qualifications:
- You have a completed vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification in finance, controlling or human resources
- You have several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the HR area, and can build on a solid knowledge base
- Your analytical skills are excellent, and you enjoy preparing and interpreting complex numbers and statistics
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally also have knowledge of Workday
- Fluent German and English are a given for you, and good spoken French skills are an advantage
