Network & Security Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You plan, configure and operate IT network infrastructures and also take on their maintenance and documentation
You work interdisciplinarily with other departments and actively contribute
You periodically take on support tasks and perform on-call duties
You continue your professional development and are willing to complete certifications
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), supplemented by several years of practical experience in the network and security environment combined with business fluent German skills
Deep understanding of modern network technologies as well as experience in designing and operating security-critical infrastructures including segmentation and zoning concepts
Proven practical knowledge in the use of solutions from leading providers such as Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba and Trendmicro
Tech stack: Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba Networks, Trendmicro, Firewalls, Zone Architecture, Load Balancers, Security Gateways
