Coordinator

About the job

The association Paniers du Cœur, active for about thirty years in food aid for people in precarious situations in the Yverdon region, is looking for someone interested in taking over the position of coordinator.

This is a 50% position spread over our 3 distribution days, namely Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

The work consists of:

- organising and planning volunteer teams (drivers and distribution teams)

- managing volunteers (recruitment, supervision/support)

- managing product stocks (ordering from various suppliers,)

- collaborating with the committee (field feedback and participation in actions)

The person in the position is expected to:

- have the ability to work independently,

- have a sense of organisation and planning,

- be capable of managing volunteers from different backgrounds,

- demonstrate rigour and empathy.
