Role:
In this role, you design modern, digital work environments and develop tailored solutions for a wide range of requirements. You take on consulting for customers around digital collaboration, communication and workplace solutions and analyse existing environments with a view to efficiency, security and user-friendliness. You are responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of technical solutions, coordinate the implementation and ensure smooth operation. You bring in your experience to explain complex issues clearly and identify sustainable improvement potentials. Through your structured approach and high service orientation, you contribute decisively to making digital work processes future-proof.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, implement and manage modern M365 solutions for our customers.
- In this role, you independently and successfully implement collaboration and Power Platform projects.
- You provide comprehensive advice to customers on Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Purview.
- In this role, you train and support customers in the M365 environment and strengthen their digital collaboration.
- You share your expertise internally and contribute to the continuous development of M365 know-how within the team.
Qualifications:
- Completed education or training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in consulting and projects with M365 solutions
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as strong communication skills within the team
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with high independence and sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills at native level and confident technical English in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
