For various institutions in the Greater Bern area, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ (female/male) or a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (female/male) (60–90%) for the night shift. Depending on your interests, you can work in long-term care or in supporting people with disabilities. You can expect different work environments where your independence and nursing expertise are especially in demand during the night.
Your tasks with the new employer:
- Ensure professional care, support, and safety of residents during the night and respond competently to changes and unexpected situations
- Assume responsibility during the night shift according to your qualifications and perform the necessary nursing and medical-technical tasks
- Ensure a calm and reliable process during the night together with the night team or independently with the support of an on-call service
You offer your new employer:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
- Experience in long-term care, supporting people with disabilities, or night shifts facilitates your start
- An independent and responsible working style characterises you as well as resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even at night
