Your Tasks

• Carefully and taking into account current medical standards, you develop structured care plans that ensure tailored and needs-based care.
• You ensure a smooth running of the daily nursing routine through responsible management and efficient organisation of the daily operations on the ward.
• Through your trusting collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of experienced nursing specialists and support staff, you contribute to a cooperative and productive working environment.
• Your committed work actively promotes the continuous improvement of care quality and simultaneously supports the targeted further development of internal processes.

Our Requirements

• Your professional expertise is based on a successfully completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF, which provides you with a solid foundation for your professional activity.
• Extensive professional experience in inpatient long-term care, especially in the sensitive handling of people with dementia, gives you confidence and sound expertise for everyday nursing.
• Confident handling of the RAI system is among your valuable additional skills and effectively supports you in structured care planning as well as precise documentation.
• You quickly and expertly grasp new and complex care situations, with your pronounced perception and analytical thinking playing a central role.
• Your special strengths include high commitment, resilience and flexibility, which you complement with a strong sense of responsibility and pronounced empathy.
