Coordinator for Outpatient Medical Oncology / Haematology 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Coordination of consultations for patients with oncological and haemato-oncological diseases, patients before and after stem cell transplantation as well as with coagulation disorders
- Scheduling of medical consultations and allocation of all therapy places on the platform
- Responsible for administrative and organisational measures for medical consultations
- Reception of patients
- Written and telephone correspondence (patient appointments, scheduling email processing, etc.)
- Patient-related back office tasks
Your profile
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), Dental Assistant or Medical Secretary with good knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in scheduling in a larger practice or hospital
- Independent and priority-oriented working style, excellent organisational skills
- Resilient, responsible, networked thinking and enjoyment of teamwork
- Flexibility to work at different locations
- High service orientation and empathy for our patients
- Good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills
