Role:
Our partner is a leading European SaaS provider for emergency, crisis management, and resilience solutions, whose digital products are trusted by over 5,500 customers worldwide. To strengthen the finance team in the Swiss market, we are looking for a motivated, numbers-affine junior staff member immediately or by arrangement. In this central in-house role, you will support the operational financial accounting of the Swiss companies, work with modern systems, and gradually take on responsibility in day-to-day business as well as in monthly closings.

Responsibilities:
In your operational accounting role, you will take on the processing of accounts payable and receivable accounting.
You are responsible for the correct posting of bank transactions and account reconciliations.
You manage the preparation of payment runs and the timely settlement of invoices.
You are responsible for the maintenance of master data, documents, and filing in the systems.
You coordinate the support for monthly closings in the international SaaS environment.
You are responsible for the active design and digitalisation of existing finance processes.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial basic training, business diploma, or office specialist diploma (very welcome are also motivated school leavers).
Exceptional affinity for numbers and ideally first practical experience in finance and accounting.
Distinctly structured, precise, and reliable working style with an overview.
Motivation for a hands-on mentality and joy in process optimisation.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage, French a plus.
