Your Area of Responsibility
- You responsibly take on the demanding care and support of gynaecological and obstetric patients as well as their newborns, ensuring a professionally high-quality provision of care
- The holistic care of woman, mother and child is at the centre of your work; the physical and psychological well-being of our patients and their families is particularly close to your heart
- You actively contribute to change processes and the further development of the interdisciplinary team, thereby making a valuable contribution to modern nursing practice
- You are committed to the continuous improvement of care quality and effectiveness and additionally take on responsibility as a vocational trainer in the guidance and support of apprentices and students
Your Experience
- You have completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH
- Openness and interest in demanding change processes characterise you and motivate you to actively participate in further developments
- High resilience, flexibility and a structured way of working enable you to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
- Empathy and high social competence in dealing with postpartum women, newborns, gynaecological patients, relatives and learners are prerequisites for this responsible, versatile role
