Senior Industrial Project Engineer

Your responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will ensure the complete management of industrial projects, from identifying needs to commissioning the installations.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Manage investment projects ranging from 10 kCHF to several hundred thousand CHF.
• Take overall responsibility for projects: technical aspects, budget, schedule, safety and sustainability.
• Conduct or coordinate feasibility and design studies.
• Manage tenders, supplier consultations and equipment purchases.
• Supervise installation, qualification and commissioning phases.
• Ensure the transfer of projects to operational teams.
• Guarantee compliance with HSE standards and applicable regulations.
• Participate in risk analyses and process safety reviews.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and EHS teams in an international environment.

Your profile

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing industrial projects in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in industrial processes and process equipment.
• Good knowledge of the following standards and methodologies:
  • ATEX
  • PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)
  • HAZOP
  • Machine Compliance
  • Process Safety
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Autonomous, rigorous and results-oriented person.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
