Project Manager Cleaning (m/f/d) with Focus on Quotations & Calculations
TasksDo you love numbers as much as clean solutions? Then help us develop professional cleaning concepts for our clients. As a Project Manager Cleaning, you will take responsibility for quotations, calculations, and the economic planning of cleaning projects – from analysing the properties to successful implementation. If you enjoy keeping an overview, working in a structured way, and having direct contact with customers, you are the right person for this key role.
- Preparing quotations for cleaning contracts (final cleaning, maintenance and special cleaning, as well as construction site cleaning)
- Calculating effort, hours, materials, and prices
- Preparing and reviewing contract documents
- Conducting quality and performance checks with suppliers and subcontractors
- Customer care including regular inspections and approvals on site
- Ensuring comprehensive documentation and compliance with contractual requirements
Requirements
- Experience in quotation preparation or calculation – ideally in the cleaning industry
- Organisational talent and numerical understanding
- Team player with strong communication skills and professional manners
- High flexibility and initiative
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Goal-oriented and independent working style
- Driving licence category B
