Transport Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking to complement their silo team with a transport dispatcher. You can expect a varied and interesting challenge in an exciting, lively environment. Your tasks include:

• Independent and optimal daily scheduling of drivers

• Friendly communication with drivers and customers

• Checking and processing delivery documents

• Checking ARV and work reports

• Planning drivers' holidays

• Safety and quality controls

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma in transport

• Experience as a dispatcher in road transport

• Further training as a dispatcher is an advantage

• Own driving licence category C/CE would be an advantage

• Good knowledge of Swiss geography

• Open, precise, motivated and reliable personality

• High social competence and ability to work in a team

• Persuasiveness and assertiveness

• High quality awareness and leadership experience

• Resilient and flexible

• Good PC skills

• Flawless German language skills

• Basic spoken French, Italian or English skills are an advantage
