About the job

As a Shared Services Specialist, you are a central hub between customers, sales, technical teams, and internal departments. You ensure the smooth running of administrative and commercial processes and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction.

This is what your job will be like

Carrying out the entire billing process including the creation and dispatch of operational invoices
Checking, approving, and billing of service efforts
Managing projects and services in the time tracking system
Coordinating and processing customer enquiries
Ensuring order processing and monitoring delivery dates
Checking supplier invoices
Maintaining and managing customer data
Supporting the onboarding of new employees
General administrative support for the departments
