Teamleader Q Space
Your area of responsibility
- Central interface to the customer for coordination and assurance of quality requirements
- Derivation and implementation of quality requirements on products, components, individual parts and services
- Support of risk management, especially through project risk assessments as well as design and process FMEAs
- Planning and implementation of quality activities in the project environment, including validation plans, process flows, process descriptions, control plans as well as FAI and test plans (incoming goods, in-line, final inspection)
- Internal release of end products (PPAP / FAI)
- Verification, evaluation and classification of deviations in production as well as with suppliers
- Leadership and moderation of 8D teams as well as active communication with change, complaint and order management teams
- Management of the Q Space team consisting of Quality Engineers and Product Assurance Manager
This job is just right for you if...
- you have a technical education (FH / TS) and further training as a quality engineer
- you bring methodological competence for FMEA, process capability studies, validation planning, MSA and 8D
- you have a technical understanding of manufacturing processes of products in the high-end industry
- you are well versed in metrology
- you have sound knowledge of ISO 9001 or EN 9100
- you communicate very well in German and English (business level)
- you have the ability to listen curiously and actively promote collaboration in an open feedback culture
