We are looking for the CMS of Moudon and to complete our team, a:

Mission :

• Provide appropriate nutritional care to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage.
• Act as the "situation reference" for clients and assess their needs.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the organisation and follow-up of the care project defined with the client.

Profile :

• You hold a HES dietitian diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross or an equivalent qualification.
• You enjoy working autonomously while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• You hold a driving licence.
