Job Description

On behalf of our client, an independent investment group combining financial expertise and technological innovation, we are looking for an AI Business Analyst.

Attached to the Technology team, you will support business teams in adopting AI. Acting as the interface between users and engineers, you will identify needs, structure initiatives, and contribute to the deployment of concrete solutions to improve workflows.

The position is based in Geneva, with regular on-site presence and the possibility of remote work according to agreed terms. It is offered as a Try & Hire, with a prospect of a permanent contract.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI use cases with commercial, structuring, and operational teams.
• Transform individual initiatives into shared and reusable solutions.
• Formalise business needs and coordinate their implementation with engineers.
• Participate in the configuration of AI tools, agents, plugins, and connectors to internal systems.
• Test solutions, support users, and disseminate best practices.
• Contribute to access and permission management with the Technology team.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• Practical experience with AI tools, such as Claude, and an interest in agents and automation.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into operational solutions.
• A strong interest in finance; initial experience in trading, middle office, back office, or with commercial teams is an asset.
• Technical ease in exploring data and communicating with engineers; knowledge of development, databases, or Git is appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a practical mindset, autonomy, and commercial awareness.
• Fluency in French and a minimum B2 level in English.
• Junior profiles are welcome if they demonstrate motivation and concrete achievements around AI.
