Full-time Vocational Trainer, Locations Witikon and Riesbach

Tasks

• You create learning situations for trainees, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback and assess them orally and in writing.
• You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and also work with trainees in shift work or at weekends.
• You are involved in further developing the training of nursing professions within the organisation and share responsibility for implementing the training concept.
• You communicate openly and transparently within our education team and nursing teams and hold an important role in the leadership triangle.
• You engage with developments in nursing, incorporate innovations into practical work and actively participate in change processes.

Profile

• Enjoyment in working with learners and students
• Willingness to develop further and help shape change processes
• Experience in guiding groups
• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad, several years of professional experience and good communication skills (written and oral)
• A recognised further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1)

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 93,838.– and CHF 125,386.– (100%).

The Health Centres Witikon and Riesbach are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in city districts 7 and 8. The Health Centre for the Elderly Witikon combines various care and support services under one roof. The Health Centre for the Elderly Riesbach is entirely focused on the treatment, care and nursing of people with dementia. The secured house offers peace, security and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you work together with 400 colleagues.
