What is my role?

• Leading and developing a team by creating the framework conditions for independent collaboration

• Capacity planning, coordination of interfaces and ensuring reliable project execution

• Further development of processes and standards together with the team

• Coordination with sales, overall project management and customer service regarding deadlines, quality and costs

• Taking on own projects when capacity allows, to stay close to everyday project work

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical training (HF/FH) or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification

• Leadership experience or experience as a project manager with willingness to take on team responsibility

• Good technical understanding

• Structured, entrepreneurial way of working with interest in new technologies
